Great new chassis for 5F1 Tweed Champ.  Completely designed and engineered by Tube Audio Supply in the USA,  fabrication overseas. 

MIRROR FINISHED CHROME (triple plating process,  copper/nickel/chrome)

18 ga.  stainless steel

LASER CUT HOLES,  LASER WELDED SIDE SEAMS

Engineered to fit USA standard amp parts and transformers

Special 2 part screen print ink with exceptional chemical and rub resistance

Octal holes are  1 3/16"  ( fits BELTON sockets as well as Ceramic )

9 PIN holes  are  3/4"

Correct  "double D"  shaped power cord grommet hole

POWER Transformer mounting:  2" X 2 1/2"

OUPUT transformer mounting  2 3/8" center to center

EXTERIOR MEASURMENTS:  8 7/8" Long  x  2 3/4" deep  x  4 1/8" high

MOUNTING CENTERS:  7  13/16"

 

PLEASE NOTE:  The stainless steel construction makes drilling any holes more difficult than regular steel.  IF you are going to make any modifications to the chassis,  you MUST use a COBALT drill bit with lubricant and drill at slow speed with good pressure.   Drill at your own risk as the chrome might chip or peel.
